ITU ARI Teknokent, a pioneer in Türkiye’s technology-driven development, has added the Netherlands to the 2026 roadmap of the Innogate | Always On program, which supports technology companies on their global journey. The first stop of Innogate in 2026 will be the Netherlands. Implemented in collaboration with the Consulate of the Netherlands, the program will feature a one-week Market Discovery Week in March–April 2026. During this period, technology companies will have the opportunity to explore the Dutch market first-hand, connect directly with investors, partners, and potential customers. The new call of Innogate is open to all technology companies. Applications are open until September 30, 2025, via innogate.org, for startups that aim to expand into the Netherlands and grow on a global scale.
More than 250 Companies Have Gone Global to Date
Since 2014, ITU ARI Teknokent has successfully run the Innogate International Acceleration Program 20 times: 15 in the U.S., 4 in the U.K., and 1 in Germany, helping over 250 technology companies globalize.
With its expanded scope last year, Innogate gained a dynamic structure that provides both online and physical support across five markets (France, United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Arab Emirates) 365 days a year. The program focuses on helping technology companies carry their local success to the global stage. In addition to acceleration support, it also provides strategic guidance on scalable growth, corporate partnerships, investor access, and sustainable global success.
“With the Netherlands Step, We Will Offer Entrepreneurs New Options”
Highlighting that high-potential startups gain significant momentum in their globalization journey with Innogate | Always On, ITU ARI Teknokent General Manager Prof. Dr. Attila Dikbaş said:
“So far, more than 250 companies have benefited from Innogate’s globalization support. This year alone, we ran two separate programs in two different countries, enabling our startups to participate in physical programs in Berlin and London after the online acceleration and bootcamp phases in Türkiye. This allowed them to engage directly with advanced technology and investment ecosystems, gain experience through real customer and investor meetings, and deepen their market knowledge. In this process, 12 local startups participated in Germany, and another 12 in the U.K. Now, with the program we will launch in the Netherlands in cooperation with the Consulate of the Netherlands, we are offering entrepreneurs a new option. In this context, we have recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with InnovationQuarter, the regional development agency of the Netherlands. Through these collaborations, we will support Turkish deeptech scale-ups to expand into the Dutch and European markets faster and stronger. Within the program, we will provide entrepreneurs with access to the innovation infrastructure in the Netherlands, connections to investors and mentor networks, support in developing market strategies, and market entry guidance. At the same time, we will create reciprocal growth and collaboration opportunities for entrepreneurs from both countries.”
Necla Günay, Director of the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency for Türkiye, the Balkans, and the MENA region, commented:
“The Netherlands is among Europe’s leading hubs for digital innovation and sustainable technologies. As the Consulate of the Netherlands, we are proud to make the Netherlands a strategic stop for Turkish technology companies in their global journey, in cooperation with ITU ARI Teknokent and Innogate. This program will not only provide entrepreneurs access to the Netherlands’ strong innovation infrastructure but will also create lasting collaboration and mutual growth opportunities between the two countries.”
