The first Energy Tecknopark of Turkey, founded over 5000 m2 area to employ approximately 1000 people, went into operation in 2014 with the collaboration agreement signed with TUGIAD. Along with 12 Energy companies, the only operating nuclear reactor of Turkey ITU TRIGA Mark-II Nuclear Research and Training Reactor and Nuclear Information and Training Center Rosatom are also placed in the Energy Technopark.
ARI BUCUK Building went into service in September 2011 allocated to Vodafone company. Total construction site is 6475m2 and R&D office area is 400mm2.
The area of the building is a total of 3,092 m2 and the activity was opened in 2016.

OTAM A.Ş. established under the law no. 4691, aims to develop joint projects and create collaborations with Motor Vehicle Center, ITU Machinery Engineering Automotive Department Academics. In the scope of the R&D studies, OTAM continues to provide automotive industry a high technology foresight and offer services in this field.
ITU-KOSGEB TEKMER which was built in 1992 has 1524m2 area. 440 entrepreneurial firms have operated in the center until today and 196 of them have successfully graduated from the center. At KOSGEB TEKMER, 17 entrepreneurial firms are in operation today that can benefit from the exemptions brought by the law no. 4691 as a company of ARI Teknokent.
