Emel Ay, who is an architect entrepreneur, successfully completed her 90-day exchange in London under the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) Programme. Working closely with host entrepreneur Paulina Kosciak, founder of Artisan Arena, she actively contributed to live client projects, including site measurements, technical drawings, material selection, supplier coordination, and implementation processes. By attending RIBA events, design exhibitions, and product launches, she gained first-hand insight into the UK architecture and interior design market while significantly expanding her international professional network. The experience enriched her technical expertise with an interior design perspective, strengthened her ability to collaborate across borders, and laid the foundation for long-term professional cooperation between the United Kingdom and Türkiye.
